Retstory didn’t begin in a corporate office or a boardroom. It began around kitchen tables, on messy playroom floors, and during those quiet "just one more story" moments at bedtime.

We are three families who share a deep-rooted belief: that the best stories for kids are the ones that capture the wild, unfiltered wonder of childhood. As parents, we found ourselves constantly searching for stories that resonated with our children—tales that were modern, engaging, and sparked the kind of curiosity that lasts long after the screen is turned off.

One evening, while watching our children invent an elaborate world involving cardboard boxes and imaginary dragons, we realized the best authors in the world were already living under our roofs.

That was the moment Retstory was born.
